Raised in Louisiana and inspired by both of his grandmothers, Chef Newman brings years of Four-Diamond culinary experience to Meridian 98. His approach pairs seasonal ingredients with approachable flavors and a sense of place, creating food that feels right at home alongside a cocktail, good company and a Texas sunset.

Live Jazz at Meridian 98

Thursday evenings sound a little better from the rooftop. Join us for Jazz Down Thursdays, featuring live music from Honeybee Jazz,, cocktails, dinner and sweeping views as the sun goes down. Every Thursday from 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM. Admission is complimentary. Come early for happy hour, find your seat and settle in for an evening of live jazz above Bee Cave.
